Arrival & Departure
Your chamber will be available for you from 3 pm on your day of arrival, and until 11 am on your day of departure.
Reservation conditions:
Reservation without credit card details
- The room is reserved until 6 pm on the arrival day. In case of later arrival we kindly ask our guests to notify us by 6 pm at the latest; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled
- In case you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible but no later than 1 day before the planned arrival.
- The Hotel does not require a prepayment for your reservation. A full price will be paid at the check out.
Reservation with credit card details
- The room is reserved during the whole night on the arrival day. In case of arrival after 6 pm we kindly ask our guests to notify our refeption.
- V prípade, že si prajete zrušiť rezerváciu je potrebné tak urobiť najneskôr do 14:00h v plánovaný deň príchodu. Ak nezrušíte svoju rezerváciu, budeme účtovať storno poplatok v hodnote ubytovania za 1 noc.
- The Hotel only authorizes a prepayment for reservation. A full price will be paid at the check out.
Reservation guarantee
Reservation is complete after validation by the reception. It is necessary to guarantee your reservation by giving credit card details, or by advance payment. In case your reservation is not guaranteed, the hotel is not obliged to keep your booking.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome and may enter hotel rooms as well as Magdalena Zai Restaurant except lunch and dinner time.
We wish your beautiful and comfortable chamber to be used by new guests after your departure. In case your pet causes damage, we will need to charge it.
Charge for a well-behaved dog is 20 € (without dog-food for the whole stay of yours).
Dress code
We want you to feel at ease. Your elegant appearance will help to maintain the ambiance that distinguishes our hotel and contributes to a pleasant and unforgettable atmosphere. We expect our guests to dress "smart casual" however, the choice of dress is entirely up to you.
